  1. I don’t know what attorneys in my area in San Bernardino will assist me or have knowledge of this company and its practices. there are 33000+ Smile Generation offices under Group or Corporations. I have not paid them another dime and now are sending me letters that they will take further legal action. I don’t know what is happening with my insurance plans under SCAN and Delta Dental Medicare Advantage. They are bouncing me back and forth about status of a grievance. I’m on a fixed income of disability benefits and I literally all my savings to pay what I thought was a copay. They did not make me believe I was being placed on a payment plan. I am really stressed out about it. I’m 61 and this is bad.
